Site inspection

Questions: 22

On-site visits can be carried out by the site manager at any time during the project. This involves recording information such as the location of the inspection, the location on site, and the date and time. This will include a description of the inspection, the points to be covered and a summary of the visualised observations. It will be possible to add documents and photos directly to the inspection.

The person who carries out the inspection will have to sign the form to make it official.

Example: The site manager discovers a non-conformity on a wall during his inspection.  On the form, he will have to describe the anomaly, add a photo to illustrate it and sign at the end of his inspection. This would notify and allow the persons in charge to modify the non-conformity later.
