We have been quite busy since the beginning of the year working on new features to enhance your experience with ľ¹ÏÖ±²¥ Aproplan.

Custom field improvements, more filtering options and a long-awaited feature: The ability to attach the same point to multiple form questions!

Attach a point to multiple form questions

When filling a form during your daily visit, you may find that some questions are affected by the same issue: if you find a defect during your inspection that impacts your project in several ways, then ideally it should be linked to different questions, on one or several forms.
Now, you can link the same point to several questions inside one or multiple forms!

Custom field improvements

You now have the possibility to import existing custom fields from other projects. Whether you want to save time or keep the exact same structure from one project to another, it’s now possible in just a few clicks!

Filter more, and better

In more complex projects, it is sometimes difficult to get an overview by rooms or categories. That’s why we decided to give our filters a bit more depth: you can now filter by subcategory or room level 2 on each of your projects.

Depending on how you have structured your project, you can now have an even more precise view, for example, of the progress floor by floor.

To reflect the improvements we’ve made on Desktop, we’ve improved the readability of the various filter menus on our mobile applications, whether on the Points, Documents, Forms, Lists and Participants screen.
We also took the opportunity to add a “Select All” option, allowing you to filter your entire project at a glance.

What’s next?

We want to provide the best possible experience on our application, and that means developing new features that you, our users, really need. Here’s what we’re currently working on and should (very soon) be visible on our application:

  • Cancel the last pending report generation to generate a new one.
  • Create a new project from a template.
  • Add pictures from your Aproplan library to your points.
  • Allow clickable URLs in form and point comments.

An iOS app update improving the stability and performance of offline sync features will soon be released. In order to ensure optimal user experience moving forward, please also note that iPhone and iPad devices will require compatibility with the latest major version of . Older devices will no longer be supported (see list ). A message will be displayed in-app to iOS users when the update is officially made available in the App Store.
